Reducing Stress while eating healthier

Eating healthier foods could help reduce stress. During a class on reducing stress and improving our nutritional habits I would have students demonstrate attractive ways to present snacks to their families. Students would be encourage to use smaller service sizes and easy to handle containers for their food choices. My presentation in class included: a display of strawberries and blueberries in different colors of paper cupcake containers, small samples of chocolate in small trays, walnuts, sunflower seeds and blueberries in small holders, examples of oatmeal, raisin, and date snacks. Snack were covered and arranges for easy excess on trays. The demonstrations from the students could be videoed and shared using Slideshare, Teachertube, YouTube, Vodpod, or Food networks.
